I thought that I would follow up on my previous post about the 30's-era Spanish house that we were considering leasing. After laying all our cards out on the table, Doug, Megan, Kendra and I decided that life might be a little too hectic with the four of us sharing the 3 bedroom place. Though, oh, man, what a place. If it were a few years ago, I think we all may have gone for it. Unfortunately, I think growing accustomed to having our own space did us in. My buddy, Joe, said what we need is a duplex. Now that would rock.
